These notifications may include automated alerts generated by IT monitoring systems such as PRTG, service availability notifications, infrastructure alerts, system status updates, and other operational notifications.

Program Name: FIRE DOG IT & Infrastructure Alerts

The SMS program is intended strictly for internal FIRE DOG personnel and IT administration staff who need to receive operational IT and infrastructure notifications.

Opt-In and Consent

Users voluntarily opt in to receive SMS notifications by providing their mobile phone number and explicitly consenting to receive SMS messages through the FIRE DOG IT System Access Authorization process.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, accessing the website, or using other FIRE DOG services.

SMS consent is collected separately from acceptance of general terms or privacy policies.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on IT monitoring events, system status, infrastructure conditions, and other operational alert activity. Users may receive multiple messages when multiple critical events occur.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from FIRE DOG.

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the FIRE DOG SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Re-Subscribe

If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS notifications again, you may reply START or complete the applicable FIRE DOG SMS opt-in process.
